Please plan to arrive by 5:00pm.
Please also allow time for parking and finding your seat. We strongly recommend that all of our out-of-town guests arrive no later than Thursday, September 12th.
If you plan on driving, plan for severe traffic to be 15 miles per hour or worse. The areas closest to the venue also tend to encounter traffic issues due to its proximity to wineries and the beach; this traffic is often not reported on Waze or Sigalert timely, so please account for these issues.
Valet staff will assist you at no cost. When you arrive, please look for signs for the Birchwood Room at our venue.
Both Agoura Hills, CA and Westlake Village, CA, are close to our venue. The following hotels were highly recommended to us:
Due to our venue location and the available daylight in September, we will be starting promptly at 5:30pm PST.
Please arrive by 5:00pm.
No personal cameras, cell phones, tablets/iPads, etc. should be in use during the ceremony and all devices should be turned off or in silent mode during that time. We also strongly prefer you and your guests celebrate with us during the reception, and not with your devices. The ceremony and reception will be professionally recorded and photographed. If children may create any disruptions, please plan accordingly to avoid this.
There will be an open bar prior to dinner. After, the bar will be cash service.
Music and bar services end at 11:00pm.
If you would like to help us celebrate with a gift, we have a fund set up here for the purchase of our future home, which would be a great help towards our future together. We also have a very limited registry here.
We will have an area set aside at the venue where you will be able to safely deposit any cards or envelopes. Please be aware there is limited space for boxed gifts.
No bright red and no white/mostly white attire please. Formal Attire is required. For general guidance regarding this please go here.
